Legal notices subject to final review
Privacy Notice
Draft updated September 30, 2026
This notice explains how the Ricardo Public Adjusters Corp. website handles information. The evaluation form and the assistant send your request to our team through our customer management system only when you ask to be contacted and confirm your details. This notice remains subject to legal review.
1. The evaluation form
The evaluation form collects your first and last name, phone number, optional email, preferred language, the address, city and ZIP code of the property, property type, damage or claim type, a brief description and your permission to be contacted. We use this information only to review your request and contact you about a free evaluation. Please leave out policy numbers, identification documents, financial information and health information; we will ask for claim documents later through an appropriate channel.
Submitting the form does not file an insurance claim, book an appointment or retain RicardoPA. Your permission to contact covers calls, texts and emails about this request; it is not a marketing subscription.
2. The assistant
When the AI assistant (Tony) is enabled, the messages you type are sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate each reply; this website does not store the conversation, and it is cleared when you reload or restart. The assistant does not file a claim or make a coverage decision. If you ask for a call back, it collects the same details as the evaluation form (name, phone number, optional email, property address, city and ZIP code, property and damage type and a short summary), asks for your explicit permission and then sends them to our team through the same channel as the form.
When the AI assistant is not enabled, the assistant uses scripted responses and keeps the conversation in your browser tab. Asking to be contacted starts a guided set of questions with the same fields, shows you a summary and, only after you confirm, sends those details together with a short summary of the conversation to our team. Until you confirm, nothing leaves your browser.
3. Where your request goes
When you submit the form, the website server checks the entries and forwards them to the customer management system used by RicardoPA, hosted on Supabase in the United States. Your request is stored there as a new lead so a member of our team can review it and contact you. The website itself does not keep a copy of your entries after they are sent, and our conversion event code does not include form entries or claim details. Advertising measurement is described below; assistant messages go to the AI provider described above.
We keep evaluation requests for as long as needed to respond to them and to meet our record-keeping obligations. This application does not save your entries in cookies or browser storage, does not provide file uploads and does not access your camera or location. It uses your microphone only after you tap the microphone button to dictate a message; your browser converts the speech to text and may send the audio to its provider (such as Google or Apple) to do so. This website does not receive, record or store audio, and replies read aloud are produced on your device.
4. Technical information and cookies
Loading a page or image involves technical information, such as the requested address and browser or network information. The browser and hosting provider, Vercel, may process that information to deliver the page or diagnose errors. This is separate from submitting an evaluation request.
On ricardopa.com, we use the OpenAI advertising Pixel to measure page visits and successfully received evaluation requests. It processes technical browser information and attribution identifiers, and uses first-party cookies (__oppref, up to 30 days, and __obref, up to 365 days). If automatic advanced matching is enabled for this Pixel, supported contact information may be normalized and hashed in your browser for ad matching; raw contact information is not sent by that feature. Our event code does not send your property address, damage description, claim details or assistant messages. Local and preview versions do not load this Pixel.
We also use Google Analytics and Metricool to measure how visitors use the website, such as pages viewed, the referring site, device type and approximate location. These services may set their own cookies. They do not receive the contents of evaluation requests or assistant messages.
5. Calling, emailing and external links
Phone and email links open the app you choose. Social-media and review links take you to external websites. Those services may process information under their own privacy terms. Merely opening this website does not book a Zoom consultation or contact our team.
Information you choose to share by phone, email or during a consultation is handled directly by our team. Contact the team to arrange an appropriate way to share claim documents. Do not use the website form to transmit sensitive documents.
6. Privacy questions
Contact RicardoPA using the phone number or email below if you have a privacy question or want to access, correct or delete information you provided through the form or directly to the firm. Describe your request without including sensitive documents. These requests are handled by our team, not automatically.
7. What we do not do
We do not sell your information or share evaluation requests with other businesses, and we do not use the form to enroll you in marketing campaigns. Service providers that host the website and the customer management system process information only to provide those services. This notice will be updated if these practices change.
