What does a public adjuster do?
A public adjuster represents the policyholder in the property insurance claims process. The work can include reviewing information, documenting damage and communicating with the insurer.
Can I contact you after a claim is denied or underpaid?
Yes. Have your insurer's written decision or estimate ready when you call. We can discuss your situation; a review does not guarantee coverage or a different outcome.
What should I prepare for a conversation?
A short description of the damage, the approximate date, photos taken safely and communications from your insurer are useful starting points. Do not send sensitive personal information through this demonstration.
What if the damage is still happening?
Put safety first. For an immediate threat, contact emergency services or the appropriate utility. Avoid unsafe areas, and discuss urgent mitigation with qualified professionals.
How can I arrange a free evaluation?
Call 305-394-8090 to arrange a phone or Zoom consultation. Home visits are available by appointment. We do not receive clients at our mailing address.
Will this website submit my claim?
No. The assistant helps you understand your situation and organize the basics, but it does not submit a claim or book an appointment. If you ask for a call back, it collects the same details as the evaluation form and sends them to our team so a public adjuster can contact you. You can also use the form, call or email us directly.
