Getting organized

A simpler folder for your property claim

Bring the available information together so your first conversation can focus on the questions that matter.

Gather what you already have

Start a folder with your available policy documents, claim correspondence, photographs and repair estimates. You do not need a perfect folder to contact RicardoPA. Make a short list of missing items so you can discuss them during the evaluation.

Separate documents from your questions

Keep documents in their original form. Use a separate page for questions, such as which area of damage an estimate describes or what a letter is asking you to provide. A simple dated list of communications can make the conversation easier to follow.

Keep a backup

Florida’s Department of Financial Services recommends keeping copies of important documents in another location. Keep a backup of your folder and arrange document sharing directly with the team; the website does not accept or store claim documents.
